Here's a breakdown of the key stages in the life cycle of your influencer marketing campaign on AtisfyReach.
In draft: “In draft” status means that you are still working on your campaign. At any stage of the campaign creation, you can save it as a draft.
Pending payment: The 'Pending payment' status indicates that you have completed the campaign creation process but have not yet added your card details or authorized the payment. To complete the payment process, simply click on the 'Complete payment' button.
In review: The campaign enters the “In review” stage when you submit it. (after completing all the necessary details and adding your payment information). In the campaign review stage, the team at AtisfyReach will do a quality check to ensure the success of your campaign. This includes validating if all the required information for the campaign has been correctly entered.
Action required: In the campaign review stage, If any information is missing or needs to be updated, the campaign status will be changed to “Action required” and you will be notified through an email mentioning what actions need to be taken in order to submit the campaign for review again. Learning: During the learning stage, the algorithm is exploring the best way to optimize your campaign by leveraging data science – actively analyzing data from all eligible influencers based on your goals and targeting criteria to provide you with the best performance. The campaign can return to the learning stage at any point in its lifecycle if further optimization is needed.
Active: When the campaign is in the “Active” stage, the jobs are being actively offered to the best-fit influencers based on your campaign goals and targeting parameters.
Closing: The campaign enters the “Closing” stage after it reaches the due date and is not auto-extended. During this stage, the system validates the overall campaign deliverables. After this, the campaign enters either the “Completed” or “Processing refund” stage.
Completed: The campaign enters the 'Completed' stage either when the campaign budget is exhausted, or the end of the campaign is reached.
Processing refund: The 'Processing refund' stage means that your campaign's due date has been reached, and the complete campaign budget has not been exhausted. The balance payment is in the process of being refunded to you.
Suspended: The “Suspended” stage of the campaign means that the campaign will not progress further due to a breach of our terms of service. No new influencers will be assigned to the campaign. The team at AtisfyReach will reach out to you to assist you further.
