Content review is a feature designed to give brands more control over the content created by influencers. With this feature, you can ensure that the content aligns with your campaign goal, brief, and contract terms before it goes live.
How does it work?
1. Enable Content review
When adding a content requirement on the Campaign requirements page, you can enable Content review for eligible platforms and formats.
For cross-posted content: You can review the primary content only. Because the cross-posted version uses the same content, it does not have a separate review.
2. Review the influencer’s Draft
After an influencer accepts the job and submits a draft, you’ll receive an email notification. Go to the Content review tab on the Campaign page and select Ready for review to see the submission.
Check the draft against your campaign brief and brand safety rules. You can approve it at any stage if it meets the requirements, or request revisions if changes are needed. When requesting revisions, clearly describe each change you need the influencer to make.
3. Review the Revised content
The influencer will submit an updated version for your review. You can approve it or request another round of changes. You can request up to two rounds of revisions in total.
After the second round, you can approve the content or contest it if you believe it still does not meet the requirements in your campaign brief or brand safety rules.
4. Contest the Revised content if needed
Contesting content means asking our admin team to review a concern about an influencer’s submission. You may contest content if the influencer has not followed the instructions or contract terms you provided, including after revisions.
Important:
- When contesting content submitted by an influencer, provide the relevant supporting documents. Our admin team will review the information and take appropriate action.
- Any revision requests or contests must follow the campaign guidelines, including the instructions and contract terms provided by you. Unjustified requests will not be approved.
- Influencers may contest your revision request if they have followed all your instructions.
5. Respond within the review timeframe
You have 3 working days to approve or provide feedback on a content submission. The due date is shown on the platform. If you do not respond by that date, the system will automatically approve the content.
