After logging in to the AtisfyReach dashboard, navigate to the bottom-left corner of the screen and click the drop-down arrow. From the menu, select Company profile to begin setting up your profile.

Enter your company information.
- Company legal name
- Registration number
- Company website
- Billing address
- Work time zone (set it based on your location or enter it manually)
Support access
If you would like assistance from the AtisfyReach support team, you can enable Allow AtisfyReach to log in, which allows the admin to access your account for support purposes.
Note: Providing complete and accurate information is required to verify your organisation as a legitimate business. This information is also used for billing (invoices) and official communications from the AtisfyReach team.
