After logging in to the AtisfyReach dashboard, move to the right hand top corner of your screen and click the drop-down arrow (refer image 1). From the menu, click on “Company Profile” to set up your profile.

To complete your profile you have to enter the following information (refer image 2)
Mandatory information
To complete your profile, please fill all the mandatory fields that are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Company name
- Your full name
- Contact email
- Phone number
- Company location (including street address, city, state, country, and zip code)
Optional information
These are not required to create your profile. You can update them any time
- Registration number
- Job role
- Company information (company website link)
- Work time zone (this is automatically detected but you can manually enter the timezone)
You can also allow our AtisfyReach admin to access your account for support assistance

Providing all of this information is necessary to verify your company as a real enterprise, and it will be used for billing and communication purposes by our team.
