Influencers & performance metrics
- Estimated impressions: This is the estimated total number of times your content appears on a user’s screen, regardless of whether it was clicked, liked, or engaged with.
- Reach: This metric shows the total number of views generated for your campaign, meaning the number of times your post appeared on the feed of your target audience. This does not reflect the engagement or number of conversions you received. This metric is very valuable for brands with an awareness goal.
- Engagement: The number of reactions, comments, and shares for your campaign. This metric calculates the number of times someone interacted with your campaign’s posts. It doesn’t include views.
- Engagement rate (by followers): The percentage of users who interacted with the content through reactions, comments, shares, etc., relative to the total number of followers. Due to Twitch API limitations, this metric is not available for Twitch content.
- Engagement rate (by reach): The percentage of users who interacted with the content through reactions, comments, shares, etc., relative to the total number of people who viewed that content. Due to Twitch API limitations, this metric is not available for Twitch content.
- Link clicks: The total clicks by your audience on your campaign URL. This metric is reflected across your entire campaign, for all posts published by your influencers.
- Influencers: The number of influencers who have submitted content for your campaign.
- Content pieces: The number of individual content piece submitted by the influencers for the campaign.
Budget & cost metrics
- Campaign budget: The total budget amount you have allocated for your influencer campaign, set during the campaign creation process. This number is static and will not change.
- Cost per reach: The ratio between the total amount spent for influencer payment and the total number of people reached at the campaign level.
- Cost per engagement: The ratio between the total amount spent and the total engagement generated at the campaign level. Due to Twitch API limitations, this metric is not available for Twitch content.
- Cost per link: The average cost for each link click in your campaign. This metric is a summary of how your budget has been allocated per audience click. The higher the number of clicks, the lower your cost per click will be in relation to your budget.
- Budget completion %: The percentage of your total allocated influencer campaign budget that has been spent so far on your campaign. Use this figure to track your spending and measure your results.
- Boosting budget: The total budget amount you have allocated for content boosting, set during the campaign creation process. This number is static and will not change.
By content type
This page shows performance metrics grouped by each content type selected for the campaign (e.g., IG Reel 10–60 seconds, YouTube video 5+ minutes).
Each content type has a dedicated set of metrics, and any metrics that are not applicable will be displayed as NA.
- Content types: The list of the selected content types for a campaign.
- Influencers: The number of influencers who have submitted content for each content type.
- Estimated impressions: This is the estimated total number of times the content appears on a user’s screen, regardless of whether it was clicked, liked, or engaged with at content type level.
- FB views: The total number of times the content is viewed on Facebook.
- Cross-posted views: The total number of views generated when the same content is shared or distributed across multiple placements or platforms at content type level.
- Reach: This metric shows the total number of views generated for each content type, meaning the number of times your post appeared on the feed of your target audience. This does not reflect the engagement or number of conversions these formats received.
- Cost per reach: The ratio between the budget amount spent and the total number of people reached at content type level.
- Engagement: The number of reactions, comments, and shares for each content type. This metric calculates the number of times someone interacted with each content type in your campaign. It doesn’t include views.

By influencer
This page shows performance metrics for each submitted influencer link. Each influencer link, according to its content type (e.g., influencer link for IG Reel 10–60 seconds, YouTube video 5+ minutes), has a dedicated set of information and metrics.
- Content ID: Unique identification number for the influencer content.
- Influencer handle: The unique username an influencer uses on social media platforms which identifies their account.
- Content link: The direct URL to a specific piece of influencer content published on a social media platform.
- Followers: The total number of users who follow an influencer’s account on a social media platform, indicating their audience size.
- Gender: The gender identity an influencer has selected or provided on their social media profile or during account setup.
- Age range: The age category assigned to an influencer based on their profile information.

- Repost: The number of times the influencer’s content has been re-uploaded or shared again by other users on the platform.
- Saves: The number of times the influencer’s content has been re-uploaded or shared again by other users on the platform.
- Replies: The number of direct responses users have made to the influencer’s content, typically in the form of comments or threaded responses, depending on the platform.
- Likes: The number of times users have liked the influencer’s content.
- Dislikes: The number of times users have indicated they do not like the influencer’s content.
- Exits: The number of times users have left the content before it finished playing or viewing.
- Tap forwards: The number of times users tapped to skip ahead to the next part of the content.
- Tap backwards: The number of times users tapped to go back to a previous part of the content.
- Reactions: The total number of emoji or reaction-based responses (e.g., love, wow, haha) given to the content.
