Content review is a feature designed to give brands more control over the content created by influencers. With this feature, you can ensure that the content aligns with your campaign goals, guidelines, and instructions before it goes live.
How does it work?
Enable Content review
When setting up a campaign, you can enable Content review for eligible platforms and formats for both single-platform and cross-posting content types.
Note: For cross-posting content type, only the primary content can be reviewed. Since cross-posted content is same as the primary content, it is not eligible for review.
Influencer submits the Draft
Once an influencer accepts the job offer that requires Content review and submits their Draft, you will receive an email to review it. Then go to the Campaign page on our platform to view the list of content submitted by the influencers under the Ready for review section.
Review the Draft
You can review the Draft to ensure the influencer has followed all the instructions and brand safety rules mentioned by you. After your review, you can either approve the content if it meets your expectations or request revisions if any instructions and/or the brand safety rules have not been followed.
Note:
- You can approve the draft if the content is good.
- You can request revision only on the first Draft, if instructions have not been followed.
- When requesting revisions, please ensure you provide a clear and detailed list of the changes you’d like the influencer to make.
Review the Revised content
Once you request revisions, the influencer will share the revised content incorporating all the changes you specified. Upon receiving the revised version, you can either approve it or contest it if needed.
What is Contesting
Contesting means raising an objection to the content submitted by an influencer.
When to Contest?
- If the content violates brand instructions.
- If influencer didn’t follow the brand safety rules.
- If you are not happy with the revision. When contesting content submitted by an influencer, please provide the relevant supporting documents. Our admin team will review the information and take appropriate action.
Important:
- Any Revision requests or Contests must follow the campaign guidelines, including the instructions and brand safety rules provided by you. Unjustified requests will not be approved.
- Influencers may contest your revision request if they have adhered to all the instructions mentioned by you.
Review process by Admin
Once you submit your contest request, our admin team will review it and take the appropriate action. You will be notified of the decision both in the app and via email.
- Review timeframe
- You have to provide feedback or approval within 3 working days of receiving the content. The due date for reviewing the content is specified in the app for each content submission.
- If you fail to act within the specified due date, the content will be automatically approved by the system.
- Tips for effective feedback
- Ensure the content aligns with your brand guidelines, messaging, and overall campaign goals.
- Provide actionable, clear, and constructive feedback that respects the influencer’s creative process while ensuring brand consistency.
- Stick to essential changes that help the content meet the campaign’s objectives, rather than overwhelming the influencer with minor edits.
