Below are the key life cycle stages of your influencer marketing campaign
In draft: Your campaign is in “Draft” status when you’re still working on it. You can save your campaign in draft at any stage.
Pending payment: Once you finish creating your campaign but haven’t made the payment, it’ll be marked as “Pending payment”. Add your card details and click the 'Complete payment' button to complete the process.
In review: Once you submit your campaign (after making the payment and filling out all necessary details), it enters the “In review” stage. In this stage our AtisfyReach team conducts a quality check to ensure that all details provided are accurate for a successful launch
Action required: If there’s any missing or incorrect information during the review stage, your campaign status will change to “Action required.” You will then receive an email with the details that need to be updated before resubmission. You can learn more about it here.
Learning: During this stage, the algorithm finds the best method to optimise your campaign, actively analysing data from any eligible influencers that aligns with your goals and targeting criteria to offer you with the greatest results.
Active: During this stage, your campaign is live and the jobs are offered to the best-fit influencers who align with your goals and targeting criteria.
Closing: The campaign moves to the “Closing” stage once it reaches the due date and is not auto-extended. During this phase, the system validates the overall campaign deliverables. After this, the campaign enters either “Completed” or “Processing refund” stage.
Completed: The campaign is marked as “Completed” when the budget is fully utilised or the campaign period ends.
Processing refund: If the due date is reached without exhausting the budget, the campaign enters the “Processing refund” stage, where we initiate a refund for the remaining balance.
Suspended: If there’s a breach of our terms of service, your campaign will be “Suspended.” No new influencers will be assigned, and our AtisfyReach team will contact you to assist with the next steps.
