Brand safety rules are created to protect your brand's image and ensure content aligns with your values. There are two types of brand safety rules at AtisfyReach:
- Mandatory rules, applicable for all campaigns.
- Optional rules, that can be selected based on your specific campaign needs.
Mandatory brand safety rules
These rules are non-negotiable. All content produced for your campaign must adhere to these standards:
- Compliance with platform rules: Adhere to all rules set by Atisfyre and the social media platforms used for content posting
- Correct brand representation: Ensure accurate and proper use of your logos and brand names
- No intent to harm: Campaigns must not intentionally harm other brands, individuals, or ideas
- Legal age requirement: Ensure all contracts are signed by individuals over 18 years of age
- Zero tolerance for racism: Racism in any form is strictly prohibited
- Zero tolerance for sexism: Sexism in any form is strictly prohibited
- Prohibition of hateful language: Any form of hateful language is not allowed
- No sexually explicit content: Avoid any sexually explicit references or imagery
- No nudity: Nudity is not permitted in any content
- Animal rights: Respect animal rights; no abusive or harmful content involving animals
- Lawful conduct: Comply with all applicable local and international laws
- Ensure a safe work environment: All activities must be conducted safely and any potentially hazardous work should be performed under proper supervision and in a suitable environment
- No illicit substances: Do not use, display, or reference illicit substances in any form
Optional brands safety rules
These rules can be selected based on your brand’s needs, and influencers must adhere to them as part of the campaign:
- Content relevance: Ensure the content is relevant to the promotional material
- Visibility of influencer: Influencers must show their face to enhance trust and authenticity
- Limit AI-generated content: The majority of the content should be created by the influencer, not AI-generated
- Content originality: Content should be original and specifically produced for the promotion. Already existing content, from the same or a different user, cannot be reused, copied or replicated
- No content reposting: Do not repost content to other platforms without explicit permission
- Unified promotion: Do not split the promotion into multiple segments that could confuse the message
- Confidentiality pre-launch: Keep campaign details confidential until the official launch
- No product comparisons: Do not make direct or indirect comparisons with similar products
- No abbreviations: Do not use shortened or abbreviated words that could obscure the message.
- No emojis: Do not use emojis in promotional content.
- Solo presentations: Ensure only the channel owner or influencer is in the promotional content.
- Age restriction for participation: Individuals under 18 years of age cannot participate in promotional content
- Respectful communication: No trash-talking or disrespectful remarks towards others
- No profanity: No profanity of any kind allowed
- No political campaigning: Refrain from engaging in or promoting political campaigns
- Appropriate dress code: Wear appropriate clothing, avoiding overly revealing or seductive attire
- No animals in promotions: Do not use live animals in promotional content
- No smoking: Do not smoke, display, or reference cigarettes, cigars and other tobacco derivatives
- No vaping: Do not vape, display, or reference vaping
- No cannabis products: Do not depict or use cannabis and its derivatives in any promotional content
- Alcohol-free content: Do not consume or display alcohol in any content, including virtual representations
- Gambling prohibition: Avoid all forms of gambling, including depictions, in promotional content
- No weapons: Do not use, show, or reference real or fake weapons
