User-Generated Content (UGC) refers to content created by influencers exclusively for your brand. You can use it in ads, websites, and across social media with full usage rights. The content will not be posted on the influencer’s personal channels.
How does it work?
- UGC content creation
After selecting the UGC content type, you must first create the content. For this, start by adding:
- Format: Our platform supports two UGC two formats: image and video.
- Number of content formats: It is the minimum number of content pieces required for the selected format(s).
- Content review: It is selected by default for UGC content type. All content submitted by influencers must be reviewed by you to ensure it aligns with the instructions and content guidelines you provide. Read the Content review article to learn more.
- Instructions to influencers: Share detailed content guidelines, including campaign do’s and don’ts, along with technical specifications such as dimensions, aspect ratios, formats, and quality requirements.
- Media files: Upload all essential campaign assets for influencers, such as logos, imagery, PDFs, etc.
Note: UGC campaigns can’t be merged with single-platform or cross-posted content.
