What is campaign duration?
Campaign duration is the period your campaign runs for. What you're setting depends on your campaign type:
- Influencer marketing campaigns: Set your campaign publishing start and end date.
- UGC campaigns: Set your content submission start and end date, since UGC content isn't published by influencers on their own social media.
- Affiliate marketing campaigns: Set your campaign's publishing start and end date. This period needs to match the activation period of the affiliate link shared with influencers.
How to set your campaign duration
- Go to the Campaign duration field under Campaign requirements.
- Select your campaign publishing start and end date (or content submission start and end date, for UGC campaigns).
Note: There must be a minimum 7-day gap between your start and end date. We require a 7-day lead time from your payment date to ensure your campaign's success. This gives our AI-powered system time to analyse your campaign needs and pick the most suitable influencers, and gives influencers time to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Auto-extension: how it works
What is auto-extension?
Auto-extension is a setting that keeps your campaign running past its end date if there's budget left to spend.
Note: Auto-extension isn't available for Affiliate campaigns.
How to enable auto-extension
When creating your campaign, after entering your campaign duration under Campaign requirements, toggle on Allow campaign auto-extension to enable it for your campaign.
How does it work?
When auto-extension is enabled, your campaign will automatically extend by 7 days until the budget is fully spent. This ensures your budget is fully utilised and your campaign ROIs are maximised.
You will be notified via email each time your campaign is extended. You can choose to approve or decline any further extensions.
