Below are the key lifecycle stages of your campaign.
Draft: Your campaign is in Draft status when you're still working on it. You can save your campaign as a draft at any stage.
Payment pending: Once you've finished creating your campaign but haven't completed payment, it'll be marked as Payment pending.
In review: Once you pay for your campaign, it enters the In review stage. Our team conducts a quality check to ensure all details are accurate ahead of launch.
Edits required: If any information is missing or incorrect during the review stage, your campaign status will change to Edits required. You'll receive an email outlining what needs to be updated before you can resubmit. You can learn more about it here.
Active: During this stage, your campaign is live and influencers aligned with your campaign goals and requirements will be invited to participate. For Hybrid selection or Pre-selection, review influencer profiles and shortlist the ones you’d like to work with. Once they submit content and publish it on their social media channels, you can review their submissions and approve any content that requires your review.
Completed: The campaign is marked as Completed when no further influencer content submissions are expected for the campaign.
Suspended: If there's a breach of our terms of service, your campaign will be Suspended. No new influencers will be assigned, and our team will contact you to assist with next steps.
