If your campaign uses the Hybrid selection or Pre-selection package, you can review and shortlist influencers directly in AtisfyReach.
AI first identifies influencers who match your campaign requirements and collects their expressions of interest. Only interested influencers are added to the list for your review.
The Influencer review page is not available for campaigns using AI selection, as AI manages the entire matching and selection process.
Before your influencer list is ready
After your campaign is published, AI starts identifying matching influencers and collecting their expressions of interest.
The Influencer review page will initially display an empty state. Your first influencer list will be available within seven days of campaign publication, and you will receive an email when it is ready for review.
Step 1: Open your influencer list
To access your list:
- Open the relevant campaign.
- Go to Manage campaign.
- Select the Influencer review tab.
Step 2: Review each profile
Each row represents one influencer’s profile on a specific social media platform. The table displays information and performance metrics to help you assess each profile, such as:
- Social media platform
- Follower count
- Average reach
- Engagements and engagement rate
- Average likes and comments
- Other relevant performance metrics
Select an influencer’s handle or platform icon to open their social media profile.
You can also search for influencers, apply filters and modify the visible columns to focus on the information most relevant to your review.
Step 3: Shortlist or reject influencers
Use the actions beside each profile to record your decision:
- Select Shortlist if you would be comfortable working with the influencer.
- Select Reject if the influencer is not suitable for your campaign.
You can change your decisions at any time before submitting the list. Any changes will automatically update the profile’s status.
You do not need to make a decision on every profile before attempting to submit. However, your selection must meet the minimum shortlisting requirements.
Step 4: Meet the shortlisting requirements
The progress bar at the bottom of the page shows:
- How many profiles you have shortlisted
- The minimum number required for the current list
- Whether you have reached the minimum requirement
For your first influencer list, you must:
- Shortlist at least the minimum number of profiles shown
- Shortlist at least one profile for every social media platform required by your campaign
We recommend shortlisting more than the minimum. A broader pool gives AI more suitable profiles to evaluate and helps reduce the risk of campaign delays if an influencer becomes unavailable.
Reaching the minimum does not mean that every shortlisted influencer will be included in the campaign. AI evaluates the eligible profiles and determines the strongest final selection based on campaign requirements and predicted performance.
Step 5: Submit your shortlist
When you are ready, select Submit. Your shortlist must meet the minimum influencer requirements displayed on the page before it can be submitted.
If any requirements have not been met, AtisfyReach will let you know what needs to be updated. Once all requirements are met, review your selection and confirm your submission.
After your shortlist has been submitted, your decisions can no longer be changed.
What happens after I submit my shortlist?
After submission:
- Approved profiles move to the Shortlisted tab.
- Rejected profiles move to the Rejected tab.
- Submitted decisions can no longer be changed.
AI then evaluates the eligible profiles and determines the strongest final selection for your campaign. Shortlisting an influencer does not guarantee that they will be selected.
Once the final influencers have been confirmed, they can begin the next stage of the campaign. You will be notified when content becomes available for review, where applicable.
What if I cannot find enough suitable influencers?
If your decisions make it impossible to reach the minimum requirement, you can request a new list.
You will be asked to explain why the current profiles do not meet your requirements. This feedback is mandatory and helps AI provide more suitable alternatives.
When your requested list is ready, you will receive a notification and can review the new profiles alongside the profiles from your previous list. Requesting another list may affect your campaign timeline.
Why might I receive an additional list?
AtisfyReach may share additional profiles if more influencers are needed to keep your campaign on track—for example, if a shortlisted or selected influencer becomes unavailable.
New profiles will appear under Ready for review. Your previously submitted decisions will remain unchanged under the Shortlisted and Rejected tabs.
You will receive a notification whenever additional profiles are available.
What happens if the review deadline passes?
The review deadline helps keep your campaign on schedule. If the deadline passes, your list will remain available and you can still submit your shortlist. However, delays in completing the review may require your campaign dates to be revised.
We recommend submitting your shortlist within the indicated timeframe.
What if I need more time or assistance?
Select Need help? at the bottom of the Influencer review page to access the available support options.
Using this option will not remove or change any of your existing selections.
