Contract terms: What they are and how they work

What are contract terms?
Contract terms are the brand safety rules and terms and conditions that influencers must follow when creating content for your campaign. They are designed to protect your brand's image and ensure all content aligns with your brand values.

There are two types of contract terms on AtisfyReach:

1. Mandatory: Applicable for all campaigns.
2. Optional: Can be selected based on your specific campaign needs.

Mandatory
These rules are non-negotiable. All content produced for your campaign must adhere to these standards:

1. Platform & legal compliance: Follow all rules set by Atisfyre, relevant social media platforms, and applicable local and international laws. All contracts must be signed by individuals aged 18+.
2. Brand representation: Use brand names and logos correctly and never create content that intentionally damages a brand or idea.
3. Original, relevant content: All content must be original, created specifically for this promotion, and relevant to the brand. Do not reuse, copy, or replicate existing content from any source, and do not repost to other platforms without explicit permission.
4. Authentic presentation: Content must be predominantly human-created with minimal AI-generated content.
5. Communication standards: Avoid profanity, trash-talking, and disrespectful remarks. Refrain from engaging in or promoting political campaigns.
6. Respectful & appropriate content: Racism, sexism, hateful language, sexually explicit content, and nudity are strictly prohibited. Wear appropriate clothing and maintain a safe working environment with proper supervision for any hazardous work.
7. Substance & weapon-free content: Do not use, display, or reference of vaping, cannabis, gambling, weapons (real or fake), illicit substances in any promotional content.
8. Reposting rights: Brand can repost the content across its owned social media channels.

Optional
These rules can be selected based on your brand's needs. Influencers must adhere to them as part of the campaign:

1. Campaign confidentiality: Keep all campaign details confidential until the official launch date.
2. Age restriction: Individuals under 18 years of age cannot participate in promotional content.
3. No alcohol: Do not consume, display or reference alcohol in any content.
4. No smoking & vaping: Do not smoke, vape, display, or reference cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, or related products.
